WHAT IS THE FEARLESS CAMP:
The camp is a three day weekend experience that will provide the perfect opportunity for any young person to dedicate time to themselves and their future. Helping them understand what it is that may be holding them back from achieving what they want and also helping them realise the potential that you know they have. The camp will be an awesome mix of inspiring content followed by mind blowing activities to deeply anchor in the learning concepts.
With content that is highly relevant to the youth of today, the team will draw reference from a series of fun interactions, adventurous activities, confronting challenges, insightful & interactive workshops & inspirational presentations to engage & inspire youth to live a life that stretches and upgrades their beliefs in their own capabilities.
WHAT WILL MY TEENAGER BE DOING ON CAMP:

WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY TEENAGER?
The fearless Camp will be lead by two experienced Youth Coaches and Motivational Speakers: Matthew Ind and Maddi Kovarik.
Matt and Maddi collectively have been leading programs for young people all over the world for 14 years.
Matt is an Educator that has spent the last decade travelling the world, conquering his fears and studying how humans respond to their own. This is a coach who only promotes what he knows works. It's not drawn from a book, its gleaned from actual life experience. He has worked, spoken too, coached and helped educate tens of thousands of young people in three different continents.
Maddi has spent the past 5 years coaching more than 50,000 students to believe in themselves and unleash their greatness also in multiple continents. Maddi is a storyteller that leaves young people with actual strategies required to live the life they desire. She presents and guides with humour and confidence and a real genuine relatability.
Matt and Maddi are not only supported by The Make it Happen Group but also by a team of coaches and volunteers who will help make the camp possible.
WHAT IS THE MAKE IT HAPPEN GROUP?
The Make it Happen Group is the overseeing organisation supporting the Fearless Project and the Fearless Camp. They are made up of a team of individuals that possess global experience in numerous industries across several continents, coming together to be the catalyst and the 'mover and shakers' anyone needs.
WHO WILL BE WORKING ON THE CAMP?
The Fearless Camp's team is a blend of The Summit's best & brightest facilitators and specialty youth coaches from around Australia. All team members are passionate about providing an opportunity and making a positive impact in the lives of young people and come with decades of experience from a variety of programs. The team and volunteers all have approved working with children checks, police checks and undergo an interview process to ensure they are a perfect match for the project and the outcomes desired.
HOW MANY YOUNG PEOPLE WILL BE ATTENDING?
The 2018 Fearless Camp will only be accepting 30 places. We have chosen this number because it is the perfect size for every young person to get the tailored guidance they deserve as well as have enough people to create the energy and atmosphere required for the epic experience.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES:
All students need to arrive and check in to camp between 5:00 and 5:30pm on the Friday evening. For pick up on Sunday you will need to arrive at Camp at 2:00pm, please ensure transportation is arranged to coordinate with this schedule.
No young person will be permitted to driving themselves or having a vehicle left on site. Please arrange alternate transportation.
We invite all parents who will be picking up their teenagers to come into The Lodge to view a short presentation about the Fearless Camp. Please allow half an hour for this from 2:00pm onwards.
HOW WILL MY TEENAGER TRAVEL TO & FROM CAMP?
You will need to arrange your own child's transport to and from camp. If your child has there drivers license and is able they can of course drive themselves and utilise the parking that is available over the weekend. Trafalgar East is approximately 90min from Melbourne CBD, 60min from Berwick and 90min from Sale VIC.
WHY HAVE YOU CHOSEN THIS TIME OF YEAR?
We are aware that the end of October is the time that a young person may believe is important to be studying for upcoming exams. Fearless camp is an incredible opportunity for a any young person, whether they are academically motivated or not. The camp will be the perfect break from studying a young person needs to remind themselves why they are studying and ignite a passion towards their future that will only help with future exam motivation. It will give any young person more clarity and direction for their next steps towards their goals, whatever that may look like for them.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF WE MISS OUR CHANCE TO PARTICIPATE IN FEARLESS CAMP 2018?
If you miss out on Fearless Camp 2018 don't worry you will be put on a waiting list for the next Fearless Camp in 2019 and will be contacted immediately when the opportunity to Book becomes available.
WHAT WILL MY CHILD NEED TO BRING ON CAMP?
A full list of what to bring will be included in your registration email once your child has been accepted into the program. This will include general school camp requirements such as bedding, towels, comfy shoes/clothing, jackets & warm gear etc.
ARE ELECTRONIC DEVICES PERMITTED ON CAMP?
Only a mobile telephone is an acceptable device to bring to camp, however we will ensure none are available during the program hours to cause disruption to any student.
AM I ABLE TO CONTACT MY TEENAGER WHILST HE/SHE IS ON CAMP?
The Summit office is attended during your child's stay, therefore if an emergency should arise we can connect you with your teenager. Other than an emergency we find it very important that the participants are fully engaged and uninterrupted during the camp experience.
WHAT IF MY TEENAGER HAS DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
The Summit's kitchen staff will fully cater to your child's dietary requirements if they are allergy related. Simple 'likes' or 'dislikes' will not be catered for.
WHAT IF MY TEENAGER HAS MEDICATION?
Once you have booked you will be sent an email with a link to a ‘Care Monkey Application form’ where you fill out all the information we need to know about your teenager, including their medication requirements. It is your responsibility for your teenager to pack the medication needed, we will then collect the medication during registration process and it will be distributed to your teenager when required by the Camps Medical and First Aid officer.
WHAT ARE THE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS LIKE?
On every Fearless camp boys and girls are separated into their own sleeping quarters. Supervising staff and approved volunteers will have their own sleeping quarters designated around/between the boys and girls areas. Female staff will be nearby girls, male staff will be nearby boys, and all adults are required to strictly adhere to the TWO PERSON contact rule, meaning that no adult will ever be alone accompanying an attending student on camp.
IS THERE ANY RELIGIOUS/FAITH BASES CONTENT ON THE LIMITLESS CAMPS?
No. Our camps are non denominational and are focussed on personal development without the influence of any particular faith/religion. When we talk about beliefs, we are referring to personal beliefs about our self, including self image, limiting beliefs (eg I'm not good at .....) and how these influence our choices in life.
HOW TO KNOW IF CAMP IS FOR YOUR CHILD?
If your child meets the list below than the Fearless Camp is definitely something you need to send them on.
Participants must be aged 16 - 18 years (Year 10 - 12)
We are looking to inspire good kids to find their greatness
We are looking for young people who have a spark (however small) that if nurtured could ignite into a whole new empowering vision for their life
MOST importantly, the young person needs to be excited about this opportunity (Please know that nerves are completely normal for an opportunity like The Fearless Camp also, we are looking for a young person who is both nervous and excited, the perfect partnership of emotions that can only lead to greatness once you help them take the first step.)
WHAT IS THE AGE OF YOUNG PEOPLE PERMITTED TO ATTEND CAMP?
The program only accepts young people aged 16 to 18 years old.
All participants MUST BE IN YEAR 10 OR ABOVE
WHERE ARE THE CAMPS HELD?
All Limitless camps are held at The Summit which is a multi award winning outdoor adventure camp in Trafalgar East, Gippsland Victoria.

WHAT IS THE COST?
The Fearless Camp Cost is $500.
This covers the entire experience, all accommodation and meals, all camp activities, every experience and presentation, 24/7 care for your child while on camp, as well as additional after camp benefits.
The money not only helps us make the opportunity possible, but supports the investment you are putting into your child's future.

After the payment has gone through within 24 hours you will be sent an email from the Fearless Project team confirming your success.
In this email you will be sent the link to a ‘Care Monkey Application Form’ that you will need to fill out to ensure we have all the information we need to allow your child to come to Camp.
Your child will also be sent a Congratulations email explaining what they can do to get ready for camp also.
The emails will all be accompanied by a phone call from Matt or Maddi to answer any questions you have and ensure that the getting to camp process is easy and reassuring.
